Emily Rodriguez serves as Director of Operations for Shazar Estates, bringing structure, efficiency, and refined client experience to the team. Born and raised in California, Emily grew up deeply connected to real estate through her family’s ownership and management of rental properties in the Wilshire District. From a young age, she was hands-on assisting with tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and participating in her family’s long-standing tradition of delivering Thanksgiving turkeys to residents each year. What began as responsibility became foundation — service, community, and reliability.

Emily’s entrepreneurial drive took shape early. In middle school she launched her first small business, crafting and selling custom bows to cheerleaders and discovered she loved building something of her own. Years later she founded Just Dipp, a chocolate-covered strawberry business she continues to operate with the same creativity, discipline, and hospitality that have become her signature.

Thoughtful communication, organizational leadership, and client care sit at the center of her role at Shazar Estates. Emily manages operations, systems, and execution so that every listing and every client, receives intentional, elevated representation. She is committed to growth, relationship-building, and leading with excellence in every interaction.
