Born and raised in California, Emily was immersed early in real estate through her family’s ownership of rental properties in the Wilshire District coordinating maintenance, assisting tenants, and participating in the family’s annual tradition of delivering Thanksgiving turkeys to residents. Those experiences shaped her core values: service, community, and reliability.

An entrepreneur at heart, Emily launched her first business in middle school crafting custom cheer bows, later founding Just Dipp, a chocolate covered strawberry company she continues to run today with the same discipline and hospitality clients experience when working with her.

At Shazar Estates, Emily oversees operations, systems, and execution across listings and escrows, ensuring every detail behind the scenes is thoughtful, organized, and client focused.
